Great for using on the larger muscle groups such as hamstrings, quads, glutes and calves. Roll your muscles over the roller using your body weight to control the pressure right for you!
Foam rollers can also be used in a variety of exercise programs/rehabilitation programs. The roller can be used to create an instability, therefore challenging the body’s core strength and balance.
