Private Pilates Classes

Our tailored remedial Pilates sessions focus on body alignment, stretching, stamina, breathing and muscle strength – which all combined will improve your posture and flexibility.

You can book a session on a 1 to 1, 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 basis. This ensures that you have the full attention of the instructor to work with you through your goals, unlike many large classes. Private classes are a good idea before jumping into a Pilates class, as you need to know the principles of Pilates first. Our sessions are led by Caitlin our Sports Therapist, soon to be qualified Physiotherapist.

Pilates is for everyone, whether you are a runner, footballer, tennis player – as using our core is fundamental.

Pilates Classes

We are now running mat Pilates Classes every Sunday morning 10.00-11.00am. The spaces for these (4 max) are released every Monday morning via our Store. To secure your space, you must pay online and receive your confirmation order email.
