Private Pilates Classes

Our tailored remedial Pilates sessions focus on body alignment, stretching, stamina, breathing and muscle strength – which all combined will improve your posture and flexibility.

You can book a session on a 1 to 1, 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 basis. This ensures that you have the full attention of the instructor to work with you through your goals, unlike many large classes. Private classes are a good idea before jumping into a Pilates class, as you need to know the principles of Pilates first.

Pilates is for everyone, whether you are a runner, footballer, tennis player – as using our core is fundamental.
