WHAT INFORMATION WILL WE COLLECT?

When you make a booking, purchase a product online or receive a treatment in the clinic we collect the information that you provide such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, post code, age or age range.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not share your personal information outwith the staff in the company. Your personal information will not be sold, rented and passed on to any other website, company or person.? In the event the company is sold we will make you aware and ask permission for your personal information to be available to the new owner.

HOW IS THE INFORMATION USED?

We will use the information we collect to understand our demographics and better serve you as customers. Through tracking and monitoring the usage of our web site, the response to advertisements carried on our web site or social media we can better understand the patterns of our customers helping us to operate more effectively.

It helps us to understand our customers needs better and tailor are services to them.? We will also be able to study how visitors navigate around the site and this will help us manage and improve the site where necessary.

All staff sign a confidentiality agreement.

Although we will do everything we can to safeguard your personal information, we are not liable for the disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, fraudulent or other illegal acts of a third party, such as ‘hacking’. HOW CAN I ACCESS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

You may request access to all your personal information that we collect on line and maintain in our database (including your patient notes) by contacting us.

WILL I BE SENT MARKETING EMAILS?

We will only send you marketing emails if you have opted in. We ask for this permission at your first appointment and you can always change your mind at anytime. There is an opt out option in all the e-mails which are sent out to users; you simply need to reply with the word ?unsubscribe? and we will no longer send you marketing/update emails.We typically will only contact you once a month to update you on special offers and events that may interest you. The only other contact you will receive from us will be regarding your appointments you have booked or have requested to book.

CAN I HAVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION HELD BY YOU DESTROYED?

We have a legal obligation to store treatment notes for 8 years since your last treatment, however on request we can delete your records from the booking system so we don?t have your name, email or phone number stored in the booking system.

WHAT ABOUT CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY?

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Details of any changes will be posted at the top of the Privacy Policy page.
