To join this upcoming Sunday's (12th) Pilates class 10-11am and the following two (19th and 26th of March), secure your spaces by ordering and paying for this block.

Mats are provided but feel free to bring along your own.

The class is led by Caitlin our Sports Massage Therapist and soon to be qualified Physiotherapist and will have a maximum of 4 in the class.
