Vegan Chocolate Avocado Mousse

All you need is:

  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 4oz Dark Chocolate (80% or above)
  • 3tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

Blend together in processor until smooth and leave to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours, top with some berries and dark chocolate shavings when serving!
